Line CATV Amplifier
PTA3201D
1. Overview
PTA3201D is high output 1.2 GHz bi-directional broadband line extender is perfect for low cost per mile HFC deployments. The device is an outdoor-hardened distribution amplifier employing a single output, and the latest GaAs hybrid technology to provide superior performance to 1.2 GHz. The amplifier’s unique design allows for seamless upgrade configurations from 42/54, 85/102 and 204/258 MHz by simply exchanging plug-in filter sets, thereby future-proofing upstream bandwidth requirements.
ThePTA3201D line extender comes with a composite power, full-band detect AGC in the forward path that provides a stable output with changing environmental conditions.
